Dr. Brenda Sahlin is a Chiropractor, Clinical Herbalist and Whole Food Nutritionist.  She is the founder of Managing Menopause Naturally.  A healing practice designed to help women struggling with menopause who want natural solutions to feel energized, clear and healthy so they can get back to doing what they love.

Her knowledge, experience and caring has transformed women’s lives from accepting weight gain, pain, anxiety and depression as just something that happens after 50 to “Wow – Look at me, I feel good, look good and have a brand new zest for life!”

Dr. Brenda’s passion for health and healing began in her late 20’s when she made the decision to become a Chiropractor.  Dr. Brenda says…

“Going to Chiropractic College was the single most important step of my life as it began my journey into the amazing world of natural healing.”

“After turning 50 I began to experience;  fatigue, weight gain, anxiety, insomnia, unrelenting hot flashes and apathy, to name a few.  Initially I thought this was the end of my life as I knew it.  Fortunately, having knowing the body’s amazing ability to restore health from the inside out brought me to my senses.  I began to study and research my options and began my personal journey into the world of hormones and how to restore hormonal balance, naturally.”

She has studied with Dr. Janet Lang of Restorative Endocrinology, Standard Process Nutritional Seminars, Mediherb, David Winston’s Herbal Studies and Rosemary Gladstar.  She is widely known for her vast knowledge in whole food nutrition, herbs and the ability to get to the root of the health problem.

Dr. Brenda is now dedicated to educating, inspiring and helping women make 50 the new 35!

Chiropractic Health Center of Ocean Township

As a Chiropractor and Health Professional my primary goal is to help my patients remove interferences from the body that may be causing pain and/or poor health. We do this by adjusting the spine and removing subluxations.  We are also an educational facility teaching our patients and the community how Chiropractic can have a positive effect on their health and well being.  Healthy habits and lifestyle are, of course, a key component to attaining excellent health.

Great site Brenda I was approached by a co-worker of mine going through the beginnings of Pre menopause, I thought of you and told her to google you. Of course she is in Atlantic County, however I knew you would be able to help her.
ps your weight gain, anxiety, and apathy did not come from menopause for you it came from lack of running!!!! Great site Brenda Love it and you!!!!!
