How to Transform Your Life by Reaching Your Health Goals

Before we get into the HOW you have to ask yourself this. WHAT DO I REALLY WANT?


What specific change do you want to make in your health? Do you want to…

*lose weight
*have more energy
*eat healthier
*stop smoking
*stop drinking
*exercise more
*balance your hormones
*live longer:)

What will attaining these goals bring you? Ask yourself the question and dig deeper by asking yourself another question. Keep digging.


“I want to lose weight so I can get back into my skinny jeans that have been sitting in my closet instead of on my bum for 3 years now”.

Why do you want to wear your skinny jeans?

“So I will look better and feel sexy”.

Why do you want to look better and feel sexy?

“So I can feel better about myself and get back into the dating scene”.

What will feeling better about yourself bring you?

“More confidence, energy and happiness”.

What will more confidence bring you?

“I will want to go out more and meet more people, I will smile more, I will get more accomplished”.

What will doing these things bring you?

“A better reason to get up in the morning and love my day. Who knows, I just might meet mister right”.

We could go on but you get the picture. You can still keep digging and get a clearer picture of where you want to be and WHY. The WHY is the TRANSFORMATION.

Now identify the following:

Where are you now?
Where do you want to go?
What do you need to get there?
What has prevented you from getting there in the past?
What has worked for you in the past?

Develop a plan for the next 90 days. Know your WHY. See your WHY (visualize), and GO FOR IT!

It’s time to set your goals.

*Be realistic.

*Begin by setting small, attainable goals in order that they will move you forward.

*Focus on short-term changes in your behavior to reach your long-term goals.

*Don’t forget to celebrate your victories often. Put a reward system in place for yourself and enjoy the journey.

*Make a contract with yourself to seal the deal.
